Enrollment is open only to children whose parent or legal guardian can enter into binding agreements under applicable law. Parents/guardians confirm that they are the legal guardians of the child they enroll.

• Enrollment is confirmed once the required forms are submitted and fees are paid as per the schedule communicated during registration.
• Fees are payable in advance and are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
• Late payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

Parents/guardians agree to:

• Support the spiritual and holistic learning environment.
• Follow school guidelines, policies, and instructions provided by staff.
• Provide accurate and updated contact and medical information for their child.
• Treat staff, children, and other parents with respect and courtesy.

Children are expected to participate in activities in a safe and respectful manner. The school reserves the right to take necessary action if behavior negatively impacts the child or others.

Parents/guardians agree to:

Mini Miracles Spiritual Playschool provides a safe and nurturing environment; however, we are not responsible for injuries or incidents that occur outside official program hours or off-site events unless directly supervised by school staff.

The school reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment if:

• There is a breach of these Terms.
• The child’s or parent’s behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the school’s ethos.
• Fees remain unpaid beyond the permitted period.

By enrolling your child, you consent to the collection and use of personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This includes information necessary for enrollment, communication, health, and safety.

Mini Miracles Spiritual Playschool reserves the right to make changes to program schedules, fees, and content. Parents/guardians will be informed promptly of any significant changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The revised version will be posted on the website with the effective date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
