Refund & Cancellation Policy

Mini Miracles Spiritual Playschool

At Mini Miracles Spiritual Playschool, we aim to provide clarity and fairness in our fee and
refund processes. This policy explains the terms under which parents/guardians can
cancel enrollment and request refunds.

Program Fees

Fees for our programs include tuition, activity fees, and any additional charges communicated during enrollment.
All fees are non-transferable, unless stated otherwise.
Payment of fees confirms enrollment for the selected program and schedule.

Cancellation by Parent/Guardian

Parents/guardians may request cancellation of enrollment under the following conditions:

Written notice of cancellation is submitted before the first day of the program term.
Refund requests must be accompanied by the child’s details and enrollment information.

Refund Process

Refund requests should be submitted in writing to the school office or via email at minimiraclesspiritual@gmail.com.
Requests must include:
Child’s full name
Class/program enrolled
Reason for withdrawal
Bank details for processing the refund

Eligible refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days from receipt of the request.

Cancellation by the School

In rare cases, Mini Miracles Spiritual Playschool may need to cancel or reschedule a program due to insufficient enrollment, natural events, or other unavoidable circumstances.
Parents/guardians will be notified in advance.
In such cases, parents can choose either:
A full refund of fees paid, or Transfer of fees to another program session.
